# Editorial policy for Vantemio official channels

## 1. Purpose

Vantemio creates original material under its own brand. Automation supports research, production and release while the operator remains responsible for editorial decisions. The goal is meaningful, deliberately crafted content, not the greatest possible volume of similar videos.

## 2. Sources and accuracy

Factual claims are checked against primary sources where available. Significant disputed claims retain references, dates, context and additional verification. An AI response is not independent evidence. Facts, opinions, forecasts, fictional scenes and reconstructions are distinguishable.

Current-event checks identify the event date, not just the article date. Allegations and medical, legal or financial claims receive additional editorial review. Unresolved contradictions are not hidden behind confident wording.

## 3. Rights and synthetic material

External assets have a recorded source and usage basis. Music, voices, likenesses and library assets are assessed for commercial publication, platform and territory. Attribution is not permission. Commercial production admits only appropriately licensed components; see the [licensing policy](licenses.md).

Realistic synthetic scenes are not presented as documentary footage. AI and altered-media disclosures follow applicable rules, including [YouTube disclosure rules](https://support.google.com/youtube/answer/14328491). Reconstructions should be understandable to viewers even without a separate platform label.

## 4. Advertising and support

Paid placements and material commercial relationships are disclosed clearly alongside relevant content. Required platform fields are completed separately from textual disclosure. ## 5. Acceptance and authorization

Before publication, review content, rights, audio, readability, brief compliance, destination account, caption and mandatory disclosures. Authorization relates to a specific version. Automated transfers operate within agreed limits; exceptions return to the operator.

## 6. Corrections and complaints

Send concerns to [support@vantemio.com](mailto:support@vantemio.com), identifying the link, claim or segment and supporting basis. The operator assesses impact, pauses distribution where necessary and corrects the material. Significant corrections receive a clear explanation; original and corrected version history follows lawful retention. Removal from one platform does not imply removal of all copies.

## 7. Quality control

Criteria include original value, factual accuracy, artistic coherence, clarity and rights. Views and release frequency do not replace these criteria. Monetization depends on the platform and is not guaranteed by editorial or technical status.
