Scope
These terms apply to use of the informational Vantemio website and its project documents. The operator is Vitalii Pavlichuk. They do not create an account, a paid order, a token purchase or a media production contract. Separately agreed services and third-party platforms have their own applicable terms.
Development status
Vantemio is in active development. Descriptions identify intended architecture and current evidence; a roadmap, demonstration or testnet deployment is not a promise of availability, delivery date, investment return or security audit. Public TikTok API posting and open creator onboarding are not yet available through this website.
Permitted use
You may browse the website and link to its public pages. Respect applicable law and intellectual-property rights. Do not attempt unauthorized access, distribute malicious material, impersonate another account, or interfere with the service. Media submitted to a future service must have appropriate rights and creator authorization.
Documents and branding
Project names, logos and documents remain subject to their applicable ownership and licenses. A reference to Base, Boson Protocol, TikTok, YouTube or another provider does not imply endorsement or partnership. Repository files have the licenses stated in their own repositories; these terms do not silently change those licenses.
Third-party publishing
Connected creators remain responsible for their content, publishing choices and required disclosures. Any future export flow must preserve preview, editable metadata and explicit authorization required by the destination platform. API approval, privacy settings and posting limits are controlled by the platform; the studio cannot promise approval or bypass those controls.
Availability and responsibility
The site is provided for project information and may be updated or temporarily unavailable. Information should be assessed against the linked evidence and revision date. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or obligations that applicable law does not allow to be excluded. Financial transactions or production orders require a separate applicable agreement.

Use the public project channels below for questions about these terms. Future service terms will be provided before a new service is activated. Material changes will be reflected in a revised version and date.
Content and voices
Publish material for which you hold the necessary rights, including music, images and voices. Impersonation, unauthorized voice cloning, spam and attempts to bypass platform restrictions are prohibited. Realistic synthetic and commercial content must carry disclosures required by the destination platform.
Publishing control
The planned TikTok integration requires each account owner to connect their account, review the video and expressly consent to transfer. Users select available visibility and interaction settings. TikTok determines approval and limits; the site does not promise publishing to unlimited accounts.
