Account disconnection and data deletion

1. Submitting a request

Email [email protected] with the subject “Data deletion” or “Account disconnection”. Identify the enquiry email, application number if available, platform and information sufficient to identify your account. Website login is not required.

Do not send passwords, tokens, private keys or identity documents without a separately justified request. The operator may conduct proportionate verification to protect the information.

2. Connection handling

Revoking authorization stops new actions on behalf of the account. Google access can be revoked in permission settings; TikTok access can be revoked through TikTok. Contact the operator as well to remove Vantemio-held information. The public TikTok connector is in development; this procedure defines its future service standard.

New operations stop first, followed by deletion of credentials and data without a necessary retention basis. Revocation and deletion can have different technical stages; completion is reported after verification.

3. Timelines and exceptions

Requests are handled within applicable legal periods. The internal deletion-completion target is 30 calendar days after sufficient requester verification unless law or platform rules require earlier action. Disconnected-account tokens are deleted within 7 days or a shorter applicable deadline. Internal targets do not extend statutory response periods.

Applications without a separate retention basis are deleted no later than 90 days after receipt, independently of a request. Backups do not extend category deadlines or restore deleted information.

If records must be retained for law, a contract or legal claims, the operator explains their scope, basis and duration. Necessary records remain limited to that purpose.

YouTube deletion covers all associated user API data, not only tokens. A deletion request, connection removal or consent revocation through Vantemio triggers deletion without undue delay and within 7 calendar days; token revocation is communicated to Google immediately. For revocation through Google settings, Vantemio also adopts a stricter internal maximum of 7 days from revocation, with regular authorization checks. This internal standard does not replace the distinct deadlines in YouTube API policies. The general 30-day target does not apply to these records.

4. What is not automatically deleted

Disconnecting Vantemio does not delete a social-network account or existing videos. Platform material is removed using platform controls or a separately authorized action. Recipients and independent platforms handle requests through their own procedures. Vantemio does not promise removal of copies outside its control.
