Operator and contact
The Vantemio project operator is Vitalii Pavlichuk. Data enquiries and access, correction or deletion requests: [email protected]. This policy covers vantemio.com and its testing application form.
Application data
When applications are available, the form requests email, an optional public EVM wallet address, role, task description and contact language, plus optional name and experience. Consent, policy version, application identity and date are retained. Provide only information needed for participation; private keys and recovery phrases are not requested.
Purpose
Application data is used to select participants, evaluate testing scenarios and contact you at the supplied email. Applying does not subscribe you to advertising mail. Application data is not sold or used to train models. A public wallet address does not authorize spending funds.
Cloudflare and protection
Cloudflare delivers the website. When collection is enabled, the server uses Cloudflare D1 for storage and Turnstile to resist automated submissions. IP addresses and technical request information are processed for network protection and rate limiting; the rate-limit table uses hashed values. Turnstile tokens are validated server-side. Cloudflare has its own processing terms.
Retention and deletion
The active application review period is 90 days. The server performs bounded cleanup of expired records when the service is accessed; the operator may also run database maintenance separately. During periods without traffic, technical deletion requires that maintenance procedure. You may request earlier deletion through [email protected]. Backups follow the rules of the Cloudflare service in use.
Access and your rights
Application access is intended for the authorized project operator. There is no public application list or export. You may request processing information, a data copy, correction, deletion and withdrawal of consent for future processing; the rights of your jurisdiction apply. We may ask you to confirm your relationship to the supplied email to protect the data.
TikTok and account connections
TikTok and other account connections are under development. Before launch, actual requested permissions, account data, retention and disconnection methods will be disclosed. Planned publishing includes owner account connection, a preview, available settings and consent to transfer material. Your TikTok password is not given to Vantemio.
Cookies and external links
The website does not include advertising trackers. Cloudflare may use technical protection mechanisms and necessary cookies. GitHub, X, YouTube and other external destinations have their own service policies.
